MAM15 Complex

The MAM15 Complex is a commingled facility consisting of a well pad, an adjacent water storage facility, and an adjacent compressor station, located in Bell Township, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania.

Drilling activities commenced in February 2024 with the development of three (3) Utica wells (Trip 1). Air monitoring at the site began in March 2024, in advance of horizontal drilling operations. These wells transitioned into the production phase in April 2025. In January 2026, development expanded with the initiation of drilling for an additional four (4) Utica wells (Trip 2).

Subsequently, in Q2 2026, the scope of the site was expanded to include the civil construction of the MAM Centralized Compressor Station. Facilities construction is expected to start in early June 2026, and full commissioning and operation of the compressor station is anticipated in Q1 of 2027.

Air Quality Monitoring

Upwind and downwind air quality monitoring equipment measuring PM2.5 (particulate matter) and VOCs known as BTEX was installed within 500’ of the well pad.

The prevailing wind direction for this region is from the southwest. CNX positioned the PM2.5 monitors such that one would be subject to winds from upwind of the well pad and the other would be in the path of wind traveling across the well pad (downwind).
