FATUR

Fatur well pad is located in Salem Township, Westmoreland County, PA. Air monitoring for this site started in July of 2026, which coincided with facilities construction. There is one (1) Marcellus well on this pad, that was drilled by the prior owner, Apex Energy. CNX plans on drilling an additional Utica Well on this pad in August of 2026; with an anticipated turn-in-line date of December 2026.

Upwind and downwind air quality monitoring equipment measuring PM2.5 (particulate matter) and VOCs known as BTEX was installed within 500’ of the well pad by a qualified third party, Clean Air Engineering.

The prevailing wind direction for this region is from the southwest. Clean Air Engineering positioned the PM2.5 monitors such that one would be subject to winds from upwind of the well pad and the other would be in the path of wind traveling across the well pad (downwind).

Ambient Radiation

An ambient gamma radiation monitor was installed onsite by a qualified third party, Onterris. The location of the monitor was selected to ensure it is representative of overall site conditions. On site ambient levels are displayed below as an hourly average.

Vehicle Gamma Radiation Portal Monitoring

Trucks exiting the site are required to pass through a portal system established by a qualified third party, Onterris. As trucks pass through the portal, the gamma radiation levels associated with each vehicle are collected. The maximum reading collected for each vehicle is displayed below.
