Competitive Pay – Performance-based incentive compensation. We plan to continue to have the highest median compensation in our region. Pay for performance is the approach we use to make our culture come alive. We customize packages to fit the individual and assume congruence with overall corporate needs and goals.
STIC – The Short-term Incentive Compensation (STIC) Plan supports the "pay for performance" philosophy by linking a portion of your total compensation package to the achievement of specific business goals. The company sets annual goals and performance is measured at the conclusion of the year. The plan promotes teamwork and employee involvement to achieve financial targets. And because individual performance is also a factor, the plan encourages individual accountability for results. Short-Term Incentive compensation awards from the plan are paid in the form of cash on an annual basis.
