Executive Management of CNX
Nicholas J. DeIuliis serves as a Director and the President and Chief Executive Officer of CNX Resources Corporation. Prior to the separation of CONSOL Energy Inc. into two separate companies, Mr. DeIuliis had more than 25 years of experience with the Company and in that time has held the positions of Chief Executive Officer since May 7, 2015, President since February 23, 2011, and previously served as the Chief Operating Officer, Senior Vice President – Strategic Planning, and earlier in his career various engineering positions. On January 3, 2018, Mr. DeIuliis was appointed Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of the general partner of CNX Midstream Partners LP (formerly known as CONE Midstream Partners, LP). He was a Director, President and Chief Executive Officer of CNX Gas Corporation from its creation in 2005 through 2009. Mr. DeIuliis was a Director and Chairman of the Board of the general partner of CONSOL Coal Resources LP (formerly known as CNX Coal Resources LP) from March 16, 2015 until November 28, 2017. Mr. DeIuliis is a member of the Board of Directors of the University of Pittsburgh Cancer Institute and the Center for Responsible Shale Development. Mr. DeIuliis is a registered engineer in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and a member of the Pennsylvania bar.
Donald W. Rush is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of CNX Resources Corporation. Mr. Rush held the same position at CONSOL Energy Inc. prior to its separation into two separate companies. He previously served as Vice President of Energy Marketing where he oversaw the Company's commercial functions, including mergers and acquisitions, gas marketing and transportation, in addition to holding other strategy and planning, business development and engineering positions during his 12 years with the Company. He successfully guided the Company through every significant transaction during its transition into a pure play natural gas exploration and production company, including the sale of the Company's five West Virginia coal mines in 2013 and the separation of the Company’s Marcellus Shale joint venture with Noble Energy Inc. in 2016. In January 2018, Mr. Rush was appointed Director and Chief Financial Officer of the general partner of CNX Midstream Partners LP (formerly known as CONE Midstream Partners, LP). Mr. Rush holds a B.S in civil engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and an M.B.A from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business.
Timothy C. Dugan is the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of CNX Resources Corporation. Mr. Dugan held the same position at CONSOL Energy Inc. prior to its separation into two separate companies. Before being appointed to his current position, he was President and Chief Operating Officer of CNX Gas Corporation from May 2014 to December 2014 when he became President and Chief Executive Officer. In In January 2018, Mr. Dugan was appointed Director and Chief Operating Officer of the general partner of CNX Midstream Partners LP (formerly known as CONE Midstream Partners, LP). Prior to joining CNX, Mr. Dugan was Vice President – Appalachia South Business Unit at Chesapeake Energy Corporation. During his seven years with Chesapeake Energy, he held several titles, including Senior Asset Manager and District Manager. Mr. Dugan began his petroleum and natural gas engineering career in 1984 with Cabot Oil & Gas Corporation as a General Foreman and Field Consultant, and he held other industry related positions with progressing responsibility at various oil and gas companies. Mr. Dugan is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers.
Chad A. Griffith is the Vice President, Commercial and Vice President of Marketing of CNX Resources Corporation. Mr. Griffith also currently serves as the President of the general partner of CNX Midstream Partners LP since September 2018 and was appointed as a Director the general partner of CNX Midstream Partners LP on February 8, 2019. Before being appointed to his current position, Mr. Griffith served as the Director of Marketing of CNX from November 2015 to January 2018. He was the Director of Diversified Business Units from April 2014 to November 2015. Prior to his role as Director of Diversified Business Units, Mr. Griffith held several positions with the Title group at CNX, including the Director of Title and Land Services from November 2012 to April 2014, Manager, Title and Contracting from March 2012 to November 2012, and Manager Title from February 2011 to March 2012. Mr. Griffith holds a bachelor’s degree from Frostburg State University, a law degree from West Virginia University College of Law, and an M.B.A. from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business. Mr. Griffith is a licensed attorney in Maryland and licensed but inactive in West Virginia.
Stephanie L. Gill is Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, for CNX Resources Corporation. Ms. Gill joined the legal department of CNX in 2005 as Senior Counsel and was promoted to Associate General Counsel in 2009, Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Corporate Secretary in 2011 and her current role in 2014. Prior to joining CNX, she was a shareholder at a Pittsburgh based law firm where she spent a number of years working with various public and private companies in the oil and gas, real estate development and telecommunications industries. Her practice focused primarily on corporate governance, federal securities law compliance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance transactions and executive compensation. Ms. Gill also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Judith K. Fitzgerald of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania in 1994. Ms. Gill is a magna cum laude graduate of The Dickinson School of Law, where she served as the managing editor of The Dickinson Law Review and a member of the Woolsack Honor Society, and a magna cum laude graduate of The Wharton School of Business of The University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science degree in economics and a concentration in accounting.
